WHAT IF MY PAYMENT DOES NOT GO THROUGH?


You will not be able to use the service unless the past-due amount is cleared. There will be an additional AED 1 charged for an amount less than AED 10. 10% on amounts greater than 10 with a cap of AED 50 maximum for any declined transactions.


 


WHAT IF THERE IS A DISCREPANCY IN THE INVOICE?
